Rise Above Baking Company is a gluten-free bakery based out of Eagle, Colorado.

  • Kimber Collom, owner and founder of Rise Above Baking, discovered a passion for baking in 2013 when her oldest daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. Determined to make fantastic gluten-free treats, Kimberley rolled up her sleeves and dove into the world of specialty baking.

    After a year of countless kitchen experiments, Rise Above Baking was born. Kimberley reached out to us to form a visual language that could rightly represent her brand. We were delighted to help bring her story to life — and even more delighted to taste test her baking.
