SITUATION
Vibe Haus, a brand centered around skincare, comfort, education, and affordability, aimed to carve out a unique niche in the market. The brainchild of licensed aesthetician Sarah Rhodes, Vibe Haus was envisioned as more than a simple beauty and wellness hub. Sarah, hailing from the visually iconic city of Las Vegas, wished to bring the neon tones and nostalgic vibes of her hometown into the brand's aesthetic.
PROBLEM
Skin care is often a costly affair, and affordable solutions seldom provide the desired results. Through extensive customer interviews, it was discovered that the fusion of skincare, comfort, education, and affordability was largely unexplored in the market. Thus, the challenge was to position Vibe Haus not just as a provider of facials and massages, but as a safe space for learning and community-building—an oasis of empowerment in the field of skincare.
SOLUTION
Guided by the insights gathered from potential customers, we crafted a brand identity system that resonated with the customers' desires, while also capturing the unique Vibe Haus aesthetic. The logo was designed to evoke a range of emotions—retro, vibrant, moody, and cozy all at once. We made sure to infuse Sarah's caring nature and sass into the brand's charm and character.
In collaboration with Vibe Haus, we developed a business launch plan that included content marketing strategies, *haus-warming* parties, branded invitations, thank-you cards, and a phased website launch. As we created a variety of marketing materials, we ensured they all embodied the Vibe Haus ethos: a blend of disco and diva, yet relaxed and approachable.
